WHAT ARE EYELASH EXTENSIONS?
Eyelash extensions are semi-permanent fibers that are attached to your natural eyelashes in order to make your lash fringe look longer, fuller, and darker.
Individual lash extensions are applied to each of your individual natural eyelashes (one extension per natural eyelash) using a semi-permanent glue.
HOW LONG DO LASH EXTENSIONS LAST?
Eyelash extensions can last up to 2-3 weeks with proper aftercare.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I COME IN TO FILL MY LASH EXTENSIONS?
Lash Fills are highly recommended every 2-3 weeks to upkeep maintenance.
WHAT ARE LASH INFILLS AND WHY DO I NEED THEM?
Lash infills up-keep the maintenance of your lash extensions. Fills are needed to replace grown out lashes with new lash fans. Outgrown lashes must be removed to upkeep healthy natural lash growth.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO HAVE EYELASH EXTENSIONS APPLIED?
A duration of a full set can take up to 2-3 hours
A duration of a infill can take up to 1-1.5 hours
CAN I WEAR MAKEUP WITH LASH EXTENSIONS?
Yes you can wear make-up with lash extensions. NO mascara. Avoid using products that contain oils.
**Make sure to always double cleanse your lashes at the end of the day to ensure that you are keeping your lashes clean to avoid any bacteria or make-up build up.
WILL LASH EXTENSIONS DAMAGE MY NATURAL EYELASHES?
Lash extensions do not damage natural lashes unless they are not applied properly. Avoid picking and pulling your lash extensions to upkeep healthy natural lash growth.
HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY LASH EXTENSIONS?

Use a gentle lash shampoo and apply it to the lash extensions

Use a fluffy make-up brush to scrub downwards at the base of the lashes + around the eyes

Rinse with clean water

Brush lashes with a spoolie

Dry lashes with a portable fan or blow dryer (cool setting only)
CAN I SHOWER, SWIM, & EXCERcisE WITH LASH EXTENSIONS?
Yes. The bonding agent we use is waterproof and allows you to shower, swim, exercise etc.
If you swim or cry with lash extensions, make sure to wash your lashes right away. Beach water and tears contain salt, that can cause your lashes to be ‘crunchy’ and can affect your lash retention.
Special care is required but overall maintenance is low.
However, we do NOT recommend that you use heavy water, such as in the shower on your lashes for about 12 hours after the eyelash application. A light mist is fine.
WHAT SHOULD I DO BEFORE MY LASH EXTENSION APPOINTMENT?

HOW SOON CAN I WET MY LASH EXTENSIONS AFTER MY APPOINTMENT?
We recommend avoiding water and steam 12-24 hours after your appointment.
HOW DO I CHOOSE WHAT LASH EXTENSION STYLE I WANT?
You may consult with your lash artist to find a style that suits your natural eye shape.
WHAT DO I DO IF I WANT TO REMOVE MY LASH EXTENSIONS?
You may book a lash removal appointment. It is a fast, painless and safe way to remove your lash extensions without damaging your natural lashes.
ARE LASH EXTENSIONS SAFE WHEN YOU'RE PREGNANT?
Yes. But please note that appointment times can range from 1-3 hours depending on the service you book.
